2026, 2025 & 2024
The “Life & Living Award” is presented by the news channel ntv in collaboration with the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) and recognises companies that stand out for their high levels of customer satisfaction in the home and lifestyle sectors.
For ELEO GmbH, the award has now become a testament to its consistent quality:
In 2026, we were honoured in two categories – “Fences & Gates” and “Pergolas”. The award was based on a large-scale consumer survey involving around 44,000 votes, in which 591 companies were assessed. The assessment covered, among other things, overall satisfaction, trust, value for money, customer service, product range, image and product quality.
In 2025, we were recognised as one of Germany’s three most popular suppliers in the ‘Fences and Gates’ category; in 2024, we were honoured as ‘Germany’s most popular supplier’ in the ‘Railings’ category.

Germany’s Best Training Companies & Germany’s
Best Employers 2026
ELEO GmbH has been recognised by both DEUTSCHLAND TEST and the DQBG (German Quality and Evaluation Association) as one of Germany’s best training companies and as a particularly attractive employer.
The “Germany’s Best Training Companies 2026” award from DEUTSCHLAND TEST was based on an analysis of around 17,000 companies, taking into account online mentions, social media data and surveys. ELEO was highlighted as the industry winner.
The DQBG also recognised ELEO in a study on Germany’s best training companies in 2026, thereby confirming the high quality of training within the company.
The DQBG’s study “Germany’s Best Employers 2026”, in turn, assesses employer quality based on public surveys, AI-supported online analysis and company data. Key factors such as future viability, work-life balance, development opportunities and family-friendliness are incorporated into the assessment. A total score of at least 4 stars is required to receive the award. Here too, ELEO proved itself.

Nominated for the “Grand Prize of Medium-Sized Businesses” in 2026, 2024, 2023 and 2022
The “Grand Prize of Medium-Sized Businesses” is one of the most prestigious business awards in Germany and is presented by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation. Each year, it honours small and medium-sized enterprises from the manufacturing, service, retail, skilled trades and commercial sectors that have distinguished themselves through outstanding economic performance and sustainable practices.
ELEO GmbH has already been nominated for this award on several occasions and reached the jury stage of the competition in 2022 and 2023. This meant the company was among the final 450 candidates on each occasion and was one of the selected companies during the course of the competition.
We see these nominations as recognition of our approach to successfully offering bespoke fencing systems, gazebos and garden products made from handcrafted wrought iron via our online shop.

Germany’s Best 2025
In the “Germany’s Best – Around the Home” study conducted by FOCUS MONEY and the analysis and consultancy firm ServiceValue, ELEO Pavillon 2025 was recognised as one of the best providers in the “Garden/Tool Sheds” category.
The award was based on a comprehensive consumer survey featuring over 154,000 customer reviews of around 1,500 companies across 97 sectors. The survey assessed overall satisfaction with providers that play a key role in the home, garden and outdoor sectors.
ELEO Pavillon stands for high-quality, durable wrought-iron pavilions that can be customised. The award confirms the high level of satisfaction among our customers and underlines our commitment to quality, service and a compelling shopping experience.

BAVARIA’S BEST 50 & Bavarian Entrepreneur of the Year 2023
ELEO GmbH was awarded the “BAYERNS BEST 50” prize in 2023. In addition, Managing Director Katrin Weinkauf was honoured as “Bavarian Entrepreneur of the Year 2023”.
The “BAVARIA’S BEST 50” award is presented annually by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy. It recognises medium-sized companies that have achieved particularly strong growth in recent years. The criteria include, amongst other things, the development of turnover and staff numbers.
The “Bavarian Female Entrepreneur of the Year” award recognises economic success as well as the active role and responsibility within the company.
These honours confirm the positive development of ELEO GmbH and the work of our entire team. We are proud of this recognition and see it as an incentive to continue steadfastly on our path.

Digital Champions in Bavarian Retail 2021
For several years now, ELEO GmbH has been pursuing a consistent digitalisation strategy in the sale of fencing systems and gazebos. The aim is to offer customers a modern and flexible shopping experience.
A key component of this strategy is digital configuration: in the ELEO online shops, customers can plan and design their wrought-iron fences, gates and gazebos to suit their individual needs.
As part of this development, several digitalisation projects have been successfully implemented. For this, ELEO GmbH was honoured in 2021 as a “Digital Champion in Bavarian Retail”. The certificate was presented by State Secretary for Economic Affairs Roland Weigert.
The award is presented by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy in collaboration with ibi research at the University of Regensburg and DATEV eG. The aim is to recognise companies that successfully combine brick-and-mortar retail with digital solutions.
