How does the ordering process work?
You configure and order the model of your choice in our online shop.
You will receive an order confirmation from us. It will contain all the essential information about your order, as well as payment and delivery details.
We will then process your order. We will notify you as soon as it is ready.
Our gazebos and pergolas are delivered by carrier, while smaller items such as our rose arches are sent by parcel post. In this case, you will receive a separate shipping notification as soon as the parcel is on its way to you.
