Untreated (raw iron / noble rust patina)
In the untreated version, your arbour is made of bare metal (iron). Your arbour will quickly develop a noble rust patina, transforming it into a romantic wrought iron work of art. The arbour’s strength is not affected by the noble rust, which actually protects the metal it covers.

- romantic noble rust
- unaltered resistance
Hot-dip galvanisation
For hot-dip galvanising, the arbour is covered by immersion in a bath of molten zinc, creating a layer of iron-zinc alloy that protects the arbour from the elements. This gives the arbour a rustic matt silver colour. Hot-dip galvanising is known, among other things, for the treatment of external stair railings.

Powder coating anthracite
Powder coating, which consists of a two-step process, guarantees optimal protection against corrosion and a highly aesthetic finish. The first step involves applying a KTL base coat before proceeding with thermal coating (duplex process). The standard coating is anthracite (colour code DB 703). However, it is also possible to choose a special colour.
